For cold-weather activities like skiing or snowboarding, we recommend keeping spare batteries in a warm pocket and inserting them just before shooting to maximize battery performance.

How good is the image stabilization, and how does it work?
Our cameras feature advanced electronic image stabilization that works by combining gyroscope and accelerometer data to detect and counteract camera shake in real-time. The system compensates for pitch, roll, and yaw movements, delivering gimbal-like smooth footage without the need for bulky external stabilizers — even during running, biking, or skiing.
How long does the battery last, and can I swap it?
Battery life varies by model and usage. Under typical 4K/60fps recording conditions, you can expect approximately 90 to 120 minutes of continuous recording. All batteries are hot-swappable, so you can carry spare batteries for all-day shooting. Each battery takes about 90 minutes to fully recharge via the USB-C port.

What accessories are compatible with the camera?
Our action cameras feature a standard 1/4-20 tripod mount and are compatible with most aftermarket accessories. The included mounting kit allows you to attach the camera to helmets, handlebars, chest straps, and selfie sticks. We also offer a full range of official accessories including floating grips, dive housings, lens filters, and multi-chargers for extended use.
What memory card should I use?
We recommend using a UHS-I U3 Class 10 microSD card with a capacity of up to 512GB. For high-bitrate 4K or 5.7K video recording, a card with write speeds of at least 90MB/s is essential to avoid recording interruptions. Please format the card in the camera before first use.
Is the camera waterproof, or do I need an extra housing?
Most of our action cameras are waterproof up to 10 meters (33 feet) without an additional housing, making them perfect for swimming, snorkeling, and rain. For deep dives or extreme water sports, we recommend using the included waterproof case, which extends the depth rating to 40 meters (130 feet) or more.
